You'll design and deliver an innovative program to promote loyalty, retention, and performance that make gig work more rewarding, motivating, and human.

Drive operational excellence and innovation across the Professional Services organization through expert management of systems, process design, and change initiatives to enable scalable, efficient service delivery. As a Sr. Professional Services Operations Analyst, you'll be the architect of our operational ecosystem, orchestrating seamless connections between systems, processes, and people across the entire PS organization.

Manage a portfolio of high-impact global crypto creators, tracking community growth metrics for engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Contribute to product and partnership strategies and feature roadmaps, working closely with product managers to prioritize initiatives that align with user needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage user communities across platforms, leveraging insights to foster vibrant, and active user bases.
